biography
I’m Vasia Charalambides, a photographer from Cyprus, working across commercial and documentary projects, with a focus on honest, artistic and atmospheric imagery.
A graduate of the International Center of Photography (ICP) in New York, supported by the ICP Director’s Scholarship, I was also selected to attend the Eddie Adams Workshop XXXII - a prestigious program that brings together emerging photographers from around the world. Both experiences have played a significant role in shaping my character and refining my approach to visual storytelling.
Commercially, I collaborate with restaurants, brands, agencies, and creatives to craft visuals that are both artful and aligned with identity, always aiming to create imagery that feels honest, lived-in, and quietly evocative.
In my documentary work, I’m drawn to intimate narratives, stories that require a sense of stillness, care, and emotional depth.
Based in Cyprus and available for work internationally as well, I’m always open to meaningful collaborations.
